How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order that has not been shipped yet and is still in stock. You can cancel the order by contacting the support team via "Contact Us" or sending an email to support@mool.com
and using the subject (Cancel my order).
Or using the Contact Us icon on the website or using the messages icon at the bottom right of the website and choosing the subject of canceling the order
Can products purchased from Mall store be returned?
Mall offers you easy and simple return terms so that you can return products purchased through its online store for any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt. Products must be in their original condition in which they arrived, unused, unripped, unspilled and exactly as they were upon receipt, with the clothing tags and packages in which they were sent still intact. You can of course try the products, but please be sure to keep them in their original condition as they are.
(We do not accept any returned products unless they are in their original condition)
How can I get my money back?
1- In case of payment via Mall Wallet balance, the amounts paid will be refunded directly to your balance wallet on the Mall platform. 2- In case of paying the full amount using a debit or credit card, the amount will be refunded directly to the same card used - In case of paying the amount partially using debit or credit cards with Mall balance, the amounts paid will be refunded partially to your balance wallet on the Mall platform and the payment card used - Return and Refund Policy
When will I get my refund?
The refund process may take some time depending on the time it takes for the shipping company to return the products to our warehouses. Please note that the Mall team will refund the amount immediately upon receiving the product in our warehouses and ensuring its original condition
Are there any products that are not subject to the return policy?
Please review the following terms and conditions: It is not possible to return: Underwear of all types, as well as underwear sets that contain shorts, swimwear or masks. As for cosmetics such as (makeup, perfumes, or makeup accessories), the products must be returned in their original condition in which they arrived, and completely unused. They must also contain their stickers and the original packaging in which they were sent (for example, shoes must be packed in the original shoe box in which they were sent). In the event of products that are returned by mistake, Mall is not responsible for them. Also, in cases where an additional product is returned, Mall is not responsible for returning or replacing these products, and will not be responsible for delivering them back to the customer.
How can I request a return for products?
You can return products purchased from the Mall store by requesting that they be shipped back and returned to us. You can choose to deliver the product back to the Mall once you have made a return request for the products and send an email to
support@mool.com and use the title
(Return my order) or use the Contact Us icon on the website or use the Messages icon at the bottom right of the website and choose the subject of canceling the order
When can the amounts paid for returned products be refunded?
Mall starts the process of refunding the amounts paid to its customers immediately after delivering the returned order to our warehouses. If the product does not conform to the standards and return policy, Mall sends the product back to the customer. In the event that the customer wants to exchange some products, it is likely to return these products and refund their dues first, then order the new product to be purchased.
